The prequel will officially be titled Army Of Thieves . Snyder, co-writer, director and cinematographer for Army of the Dead , announced the title during a Q&A session regarding the newly released trailer.

Army Of Thieves will center on the “adventure” of Ludwig Dieter, a character played by Matthias Schweighöfer , who will explore the early days of the Las Vegas zombie outbreak. In addition to starring in the film, Schweighöefer will direct a prequel film that will feature cast members such as Nathalie Emmanuel (F9, Game of Thrones), Stuart Martin (Jamestown), Guz Khan (Four Weddings and a Funeral), and Ruby O’Fee (Polar). , along with Jonathan Cohen, Noémi Nakai, and Peter Simonischek. The character Schweighöefer will also appear in Snyder’s main film Army of the Dead .
