Jacob Tremblay Joins Peter Dinklage In The Toxic Avenger Reboot Project

After getting the Game of Thrones star , Peter Dinklage at the end of last year to star in the reboot project The Toxic Avenger , now the Legendary party is again adding to its cast ranks. They added a talented young actor, Jacob Tremblay (Good Boys) to star in this project.

The Toxic Avenger is a horror comedy film set in 1984 and went on to become a cult classic after being first ignored by the public. The film went on to produce many unsuccessful sequels and animated series. This film tells the story of Melvin Ferd, a lonely janitor, who is exposed to toxic chemicals and later becomes a mutant superhero.

The reboot project, which is a contemporary reimagining of Troma Entertainment’s iconic superhero action comedy, will be directed by director Macon Blair. The audience can probably expect a thrilling and hilarious horror film that will probably match the Deadpool from this film. Although Toxic Avenger is not very well known or part of any franchise, like the Marvel Cinematic Universe, many other superhero films have made it through the same independent path, such as Kick-Ass and Dredd .

Jacob Tremblay may be best known for his appearance in the film Room that year alongside Captain Marvel star Brie Larson. He also starred in the R-rated comedy film Good Boys in 2019. Tremblay will also voice Flounder in Disney’s live-action adaptation project The Little Mermaid, which is currently in production. This child star also voices the main character in the Pixar film, Luca.
